We are two people eager to create something of our own, to do things our way, and to turn an idea into a place we ourselves would want to return to again and again.

Bértigo Bites was born from our passion for food, for discovering flavors, for traveling, and—above all—for enjoying ourselves around a table. It stems from that feeling of tasting something for the first time and thinking, “Why haven’t I eaten this before?”

We wanted to create a different kind of restaurant. One without labels, without excessive formality, and without fear of blending cultures, flavors, and approaches to gastronomy.

A place where you can come to eat with your hands, share dishes, discover something new, laugh, toast and let yourself go.
