Who is responsible for the processing of your data?

This privacy policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all personal data provided by the user (hereinafter, the “User”) via the website bertigobites.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), through third-party links located thereon, or during their visit to Bértigo Bites, located at Calle Puerto Rico, 2, 28016, Madrid.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term “User” refers to any natural person interested in the products and services offered by Bértigo Bites via this website, apps, social media, other third-party online platforms, and in person. As a joint data controller, Bértigo Bites informs you—prior to the submission of your personal data—about how your data is processed through this Privacy Policy and, where necessary, will request your express consent for processing activities that require it.
